Annie (our founder) first noticed this while facilitating weekly community workshops in Vancouver: we’re taught to live life linearly. We wait for the “right” time, make the perfect plan, then begin. But people grow faster when they have a pressure-free space to play, try, and be a beginner again. Without FOMO, comparison, or imposter syndrome. That’s how Creaba started.
Creaba (Create + Basho) is a life design community space for young people (18–35) in Japan—both Japanese and international—navigating life transitions. Through small experiments, learning by doing, hands-on workshops and community events, we help you discover what fits and take your next step.
Our impact? We’ve helped 700+ learners gain confidence, connect across cultures, and take bold steps to design the next chapter of their lives with clarity and creativity.
